Every fashionista has her secrets to looking good. As a fashionista like myself, of course I have my share and I'm more than willing to share them with you all. This blog is about my beauty tips and picks. We'll start with tips......
1. To get flawless, smooth lips before applying lip color, brush lips with a dry toothbrush. Crazy as it might sound, it actually works and helps you avoid flakes or dry skin.
2. When applying a dark lip color, hydrate lips with a chap stick. It will help the color stay on for a longer period of time and will keep your lips hydrated.
3. Apply an eye primer on your eyes. It helps eyeshadow and liner stay on without creasing and wearing off.
4. The same goes for face primer. It helps your makeup go on smoothly and helps it stay on better.
5. After getting out of the shower, brush your hair with a wide toothed comb to avoid split ends. It'll save you a trip and some money to the salon.
6. Before using heat like a blow dryer or straightener on your hair, apply a pea sized amount to your hair to protect it from the damage.
7. To prevent damaged cuticles, use a cuticle cream on the buds of your nails to keep them looking polished and clean.
8. The most important tip of all- is to wash your face every morning and night complete with a wash, a dab of toner, and a little moisturizer. Leaving makeup on without washing it off is a really common way to attain blemishes and dry skin.

1. Covergirl Lashblast mascara- it volumizes, giving you full lashes
2. Pantene Beautiful Lengths shampoo and conditioner- It lengthens your hair and gets rid of split ends.
3. Philosophy- Their products come in different varieties of scents. My fave scent is Vanilla Birthday Cake. I can use it on my hair and body.
4. Paula Dorf eye primer- its very light and comes in a neutral color that isn't visible after applying underneath eye makeup.
5. Beauty Rush lip gloss- Their lip glosses come in flirty and vibrant colors and last a long time. I adore them.
6. OPI polish- Doesn't easily chip and the color stays on. My personal fave right now is Russian Navy.
7. Clarisonic- a product sold at Sephora that you use weekly. You apply a face wash to it and after its cycle is done, it brushes off dry skin and leaves your skin looking and feeling flawless.
8.Fredric Fekkai- A color care glaze that adds shine to your hair. I have used this product for many years and just love it! I use it before using heat on my hair.

On special occasions, the fouindation I use is the Max Factor Second Skin Foundation. It comes on flawless and gives you good coverage without making my face look too caked. I agree with you on OPI polish, the color turns out great...i also use Rimmel nailpolish which is easy to apply and dries in 30 seconds.
